Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 8, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made within the RepRank iOS application (“App”). By making a purchase through the App, you agree to this policy. Please read it carefully before subscribing.
1. Free Tier
RepRank offers a free tier allowing up to 3 workouts at no cost. No payment information is required to use the free tier, and no refund process applies to it.
2. RepRank Pro Subscriptions
RepRank Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, purchased through Apple in-app purchases. All billing is handled entirely by Apple — we do not process or store your payment details.
- Monthly Plan: Renews every month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Annual Plan: Renews every 12 months unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not trigger an automatic refund. You retain access to Pro features until the end of the current paid billing period.
3. How to Request a Refund
Because all purchases are processed by Apple, refunds must be requested directly through Apple. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly to your payment method.
3.1 Request via Apple (Primary Method)
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Find the RepRank charge and select “Request a Refund.”
- Choose a reason and submit. Apple typically responds within 48 hours.
3.2 Request via iPhone Settings
- Open Settings → [Your Name] → Media & Purchases.
- Tap Purchase History, find the RepRank charge, and tap Report a Problem.
3.3 Contact Us First
If you experienced a technical issue, were charged unexpectedly, or believe a refund is warranted for any other reason, please reach out to us at support@repunlock.app before contacting Apple. We'll investigate promptly and, where appropriate, actively support your refund request with Apple on your behalf.
4. Circumstances Where We Support a Refund
While Apple makes the final refund decision, we will advocate on your behalf in the following situations:
- Accidental purchase: You were charged unintentionally and contact us within 48 hours of the transaction.
- Duplicate charge: You were billed more than once for the same subscription period.
- Technical failure: A bug or App Store error prevented you from accessing Pro features you paid for and the issue was not resolved within a reasonable time.
- Unauthorised purchase: The purchase was made without your knowledge or consent (e.g., by a minor or through account compromise).
5. Circumstances Where Refunds Are Generally Not Granted
We are unable to support refund requests in the following cases:
- You forgot to cancel before the renewal date and the subscription has already renewed.
- You no longer use the App but did not cancel your subscription in advance.
- You purchased an annual plan and request a refund mid-cycle without a qualifying reason.
- You disagree with a feature or the direction of the App (though we always welcome feedback at support@repunlock.app).
- The refund request is made more than 90 days after the original purchase date (outside Apple's standard refund window).
6. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and the applicable rate is charged. Charges incurred after a trial period ended are subject to this Refund Policy and are generally non-refundable unless a qualifying reason applies (see Section 4).
7. Subscription Management & Cancellation
To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before renewal:
- Open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
- Tap RepRank and then Cancel Subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancelling.
8. Price Changes
We may update subscription pricing from time to time. Apple will notify you of any price increase before it takes effect and will require your consent to continue the subscription at the new price. If you do not consent, your subscription will not renew.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer rights, those rights apply regardless of this policy.
EU/UK consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. However, by starting to use RepRank Pro immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the service and acknowledge that this may affect your right of withdrawal under applicable law.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
