Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 years old if you are in the EEA) to use RepRank. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the App.

2. Account Registration

To use RepRank, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at support@repunlock.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for an extended period.

3. Subscription Plans & Free Tier

3.1 Free Tier

RepRank offers a free tier that allows you to log up to 3 workouts. No payment is required for the free tier. Free tier users have access to core logging features within that limit.

3.2 RepRank Pro

RepRank Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks unlimited workout logging, full history access, and rank progression. Pro is available as:

• Monthly Plan: Billed monthly. Access continues until cancelled.
• Annual Plan: Billed once per year at a discounted rate compared to monthly billing.

Current pricing is displayed in the App and may vary by region based on local Apple App Store pricing.

3.3 Billing & Renewal

All subscriptions are processed through Apple in-app purchases. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store subscription settings.

3.4 Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for RepRank Pro at our discretion. If a free trial is offered, you will be charged at the applicable subscription rate at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Apple's Refund Policy

All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. Refunds for in-app purchases must be requested directly from Apple:

• Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
• Apple handles all refund decisions for purchases made through the App Store.

4.2 Our Discretionary Refunds

While Apple controls refund processing, we genuinely want you to be satisfied. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a technical fault or billing error on our part, please contact us at support@repunlock.app and we will do our best to assist and, where appropriate, support your refund request with Apple.

4.3 Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You retain Pro access until the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive data.
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its performance.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent the free tier workout limit.
• Share account credentials with others.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App.

6. User Content

RepRank allows you to input workout data, body stats, and related fitness information (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.

We do not claim any ownership rights in your User Content. We will not share your User Content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

RepRank is an exercise logging and tracking tool. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information within the App is for general fitness tracking purposes only.

• Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise programme.
• Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, discomfort, or any adverse symptoms.
• We are not responsible for any injuries, health conditions, or other adverse outcomes resulting from your use of information in the App.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, rank system, branding, and all other content (excluding User Content), is owned by RepRank and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

“RepRank,” the RepRank logo, “Train. Track. Rank.,” and the rank names (Peasant, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Sapphire, Diamond, Master, Legend, Elite, Emperor) are trademarks of RepRank. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Your use of RepRank is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Apple (App Store and in-app purchases), Supabase (data storage), RevenueCat (subscription management), and OpenAI (AI Coach feature). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions or practices of these third parties.

OpenAI (AI Coach — Pro Only)

RepRank Pro includes an AI Coach feature that generates personalised workout programme recommendations. When you use this feature, your prompt and relevant context (such as training goals and exercise history) are sent to OpenAI's API to generate a response. By using the AI Coach, you agree to OpenAI's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Do not enter sensitive personal information (e.g., medical history) into the AI Coach prompt.

11. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REPRANK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RepRank and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your User Content; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall continue to apply.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and contacting us at support@repunlock.app to request account deletion.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. For users in the European Union or United Kingdom, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply regardless of this clause.

We encourage you to contact us first at support@repunlock.app to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing formal legal remedies.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” and notify you via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the App after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the App.

17. App Store Additional Terms

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. You acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and RepRank only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
• In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, or discharge of such claim.
• You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App (e.g., your wireless data service agreement).
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

18. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RepRank regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
