How do I cancel my RepRank Pro subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → RepRank → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again.

I was charged but I cannot access Pro features. What do I do?

First, try restoring your purchases: open RepRank, go to Settings inside the app, and tap "Restore Purchases." If the issue persists, contact us at support@repunlock.app with your Apple ID email and we will resolve it promptly.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the RepRank charge, and select "Request a Refund." You can also contact us first and we will assist you through the process.

How do I delete my account and data?

To delete your account and all associated data, email us at support@repunlock.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and the email address linked to your account. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days.

What is the free tier limit?

The free tier allows you to log up to 3 workouts. Upgrade to RepRank Pro for unlimited workout logging, full history, and rank progression.

How does the ranking system work?

Your rank is calculated based on the weights you lift relative to standard strength benchmarks. As your lifts improve, you progress through 10 ranks: Peasant, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Sapphire, Diamond, Master, Legend, Elite, and Emperor.

My workout data is missing after reinstalling the app. Can I recover it?

Yes — your data is stored securely in the cloud linked to your account. Simply log in with the same account credentials after reinstalling and all your workout history will be restored automatically.

Does RepRank work offline?

You can log workouts without an internet connection. Your data will sync to the cloud automatically once you reconnect.

How does the AI Coach feature work?

AI Coach is a RepRank Pro feature. You describe your training goals and the AI generates a personalised workout programme recommendation. Your prompt is processed by OpenAI's API. We do not send your name or email to OpenAI — only the fitness prompt you enter.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
